The Clubhouse may be rented between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 am after June 1st. Please contact the Clubhouse Trustee to do so at email@example.com
The use of the facility must be scheduled with the Clubhouse Trustee. Please visit the Resident Information Page for the Clubhouse Rental Agreement, Clubhouse Rental Checklist and the Pool Rules.
The fee for renting the clubhouse is $100 with a $250 refundable deposit due at time of reservation. Only Kelly Plantation Residents may rent the clubhouse. The pool is not included in the clubhouse rental.

General Pool Hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Adult Lap Swim only from 6:00 am to 8:00 am and you need to ask secretary to update your access card to let you in during those early hours. The pool is for the use of Kelly Plantation Residents and guests only. Two guests per resident household are allowed and Kelly Plantation resident must be present with their guest(s). There is NOT a lifeguard on duty. The pool areas can be accessed with electronic key cards. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 14. Video and Audio surveillance cameras are active. When you leave the pool please remove all belongings and trash and please return the umbrellas to the closed position. If you are the last to leave please turn off all restroom lights and check that all doors/gates to the restrooms and pool area are closed and locked.
The Tennis Court hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. The Tennis Court is for Kelly Plantation Residents and guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a Kelly Plantation Resident. Please remove all belongings and trash from the court when leaving. Please check that the lights are turned off and the gate is locked when you leave.

The electronic access cards are for residents use only and one card is issued to residents per home. However, one additional card may be purchased for $20. Lost/stolen cards should be reported immediately to the KPHOA board and replacement cards will be issued for $20 each. Residents must have possession of their access card at all times and cannot loan out their card to pool guests. In order to maintain pool privileges, residents must be in "good standing" with the KPHOA and not delinquent with homeowner association dues. This card operates the pool gates, entrance into the restrooms a the pool and the tennis courts. To request a card, please email the secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Name, street address, phone number and email address.

*Place all trash in green trash receptacles
*Remove all your belongings
*Return umbrellas to closed position
*Have a clean swim diaper on small children
*Keep the gate closed
*Resident must have possession of their access card at all times
*Don't bring your pets to the pool area
* No glass containers
*No smoking or vaping
*No skates, skateboards or hoverboards
*Don't use profane language
*Don't play loud music
*No inappropriate behavior
*No dirty diapers in the green trash can or in the clubhouse
*Don't prop open the gate
The Clubhouse Parking lot is for residents ONLY. The KPHOA BoD has developed a system to identify vehicles parked in the lot during school hours. If your teen wishes to use the parking lot for school parking, please contact Melinda Dellert at VicePresident@kellyplantationhoa.net. with your child's name, address, make and model of the car and tag number and you will receive a vehicle pass. If your child already has a pass for 2020-2021, it is good for the whole school year. Make sure the pass is displayed where it can be seen, preferably from the rear view mirror.
Parking at the Clubhouse during Sparkman High School football games is for residents only and all others will be towed. If the clubhouse is rented in the evening then parking is reserved for the resident who rented the clubhouse and their guests. No parking is permitted along the roadways except by residents and their guests in front of their property and service/worker vehicles where needed.
