The Clubhouse may be rented between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 am. Please contact the Clubhouse Trustee to start the rental process by booking your date and submitting payment.

Once you have confirmed your booking. Please fill out the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and Clubhouse Rental Checklist by downloading the forms below. These must completed prior to rental and must be turned into the Clubhouse Trustee. Please contact the Clubhouse Trustee to do so at KellyplantationhoaSecretary@gmail.com.

The fee for renting the clubhouse is $100 with a $250 refundable deposit due at time of reservation. Only Kelly Plantation Residents may rent the clubhouse. The pool is not included in the clubhouse rental.
