Please note that we switched to a Gmail email system in 2021 and the old board email addresses that are not Gmail addresses from prior to June 2021 no longer are a point of contact. Your email system may remember those contact emails and default to an old out of date email. Check the addresses if using an existing contact in your email account.

Communications

Please note that the board uses email and this website to communicate with residents. Elite uses email and your Elite App for general communication. It is important that residents keep the board and Elite updated with any changes to their email addresses so that emails will make it to each resident. HOA Dues invoices will go out via regular mail as well. You can make sure that email communications don't go to your spam folder by adding both the HOA email (see above) and Elite email to your contact list or moving an email from the spam or junk folder to your regular inbox should it end up there. The board will send an email out before each HOA meeting announcing the date and time. Please make note of that information.

Facebook is not an avenue of contact with the board. It was established as a helpful way of residents to communicate with each other. If you need to communicate with the board please email them.
