All homeowners should "Log in" or "Sign up" under "Online Portal" on the Elite Housing Management website (link on their home page or under Homeowners tab). Click the button below to go directly to their portal. During the switchover to their new system you should have received an email asking your to reset your password. This will allow you to choose your password for the new portal system. If you did not receive that email please contact Elite.
Use your portal to submit your form before starting any outdoor building projects or exterior improvements to your home or yard. You may submit questions pertaining to the approval process.
-On the portal, you can submit a completed package, i.e.. plat, pictures and other documentation regarding all desired exterior changes/additions to your home or yard.
-Your completed form will be forwarded to the HOA’s ARC for review and approval.

If you are unable to access your residential portal your can also fill out the ARC request on Elite's Home page or by clicking on the Communities tab on Elite's home page and selecting Kelly Plantation and downloading the request form and submitting it to Elite or if you have any issues, please contact the ARC department at Elite at arc@eliteusa.net and they will provide you with alternate methods for submitting your ARC approval request.
You can pay your dues thru the portal. Any fines from covenant violations can be paid here as well. All residents will also receive a mailed invoice for their dues and can pay using the methods listed on that invoice (ie check mailed, dropped by or echeck) in addition to the portal option. IF you are paying via the portal with a credit card there will be a fee assessed.
If you notice an issue with any of our HOA common areas such as the pool, tennis courts, playground etc, you can reach out to Elite thru your portal to notify them of the issue.
If you need to report a compliance issue email Elite's compliance department. Email compliance@eliteusa.net.
-If you sell your home, have the closing agent contact the accounts department at Elite to request a statement indicating you have paid your HOA dues and any other information that may be needed. Also please contact the HOA treasurer directly to let them know you have sold your home at KellyPlantationHOATreasurer@gmail.com.
-Please ask the buyer to provide their contact information to Elite so an account can be set up for them and the HOA can be notified.
HOA residents can reserve the clubhouse thru their Elite Portal. Please call or email the reservations department at Elite to find out availability.
If you need to request a new or replacement access card for the pool or tennis court or are having an issue with your current card please contact Elite by email or phone (see top of page). There is a $20 fee for the card and if you wish to have it mailed to you there is a $2 shipping fee or you can pick up at Elite. Payments can be made online through your portal once your request has been processed.
