Kphoa Handy Helpers

Handy Helpers is our new volunteer initiative designed  to connect residents who are willing to volunteer their time and skills with neighbors who may need an extra hand. Whether it's replacing a mailbox, changing a light fixture, moving a heavy piece of furniture, trimming small shrubs, installing a smoke detector, or helping an elderly neighbor with simple home maintenance, this program is intended to strengthen the spirit of neighbors helping neighbors. If you'd like to volunteer your talents—or if you occasionally need assistance with a small project—we encourage you to let us know below.

Request Help

If there are simple tasks around your home that have become difficult to tackle on your own—and hiring someone isn't a practical option—the KPHOA Handy Helpers are here to help!

Simply complete the Help Request form below, and Melinda will contact you to match you with one of our Handy Helper volunteers. Before any assistance can be provided, all homeowners must also complete the Homeowner Agreement form.

Volunteer

If you wish to be a VOLUNTEER for our Handy Helpers program, please complete the form in the last section of this page.  Melinda will be in touch after she receives your submission. Thank you for being a great neighbor!

More Info...

Before assistance can be granted, both the homeowner and the Handy Helper Volunteer will be asked to compete a waiver and agreement form as part of this program. More info and any applicable forms will be provided after your initial request/registration is submitted. Please  contact Melinda Dellert if you have any questions at kphoahandyhelpers@gmail.com

Homeowner Request

Ask for a little help from your Neighbors...

Once you submit this form, Melinda will confirm your request.  You will then be connected with one of our KPHOA Handy Helpers.  All participants in the program (homeowners and volunteers) are required to return a signed copy of the agreement/waiver that she will send you once you are registered.
