The Clubhouse located at 221 Kelly Ridge Blvd. may be rented between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 am. Either use your Elite portal on your mobile device or email Elite Housing Management with the link below to start the rental process.

Elite will be contacting you prior to your rental date to collect a signed Clubhouse Rental Agreement, collect rental fees and give you the Clubhouse Rental Checklist. These must completed prior to rental. You will be able to pay online if you choose or by cash or check.

The fee for renting the clubhouse is $150 with a $250 refundable deposit due at time of reservation. Renters are responsible for cleaning the clubhouse at the end of their rental period. Only Kelly Plantation Residents may rent the clubhouse. The pool is not included in the clubhouse rental.

Table Seating for 46
With 50 chairs (including 32 collapsible chairs) and 7 tables (5 collapsible) there is plenty of room for your guests. A few more tables and chairs are on the patio and a bench in the kitchen. There is even more seating if you include the 4 couches as seating and conversation chairs.
