Covenants

Kelly Plantation Covenants will now be enforced by Elite Housing Management in the same manner that the HOA was enforcing them.  Elite will have their employees in our neighborhood at least twice a month and will be in clearly marked cars while doing their rounds.  Elite will follow our Covenant procedures and will be checking with the HOA on violations.
