Covenants

  

Covenants are enforced by Elite Housing Management

Kelly Plantation Covenants  are enforced by Elite Housing Management.  Elite has their employees in our neighborhood at least twice a month and will be in clearly marked cars while doing their rounds.  Elite will follow our Covenant procedures and will be checking with the HOA on violations.
